In person training sessions

Personal training sessions take place in my private, boutique-style studio in Purcellville — a comfortable, supportive space without the crowds or intimidation of a big gym. Convenient for clients throughout Western Loudoun and Leesburg, these one-on-one sessions provide fully customized strength training tailored to your goals, experience level, and needs.

Each session focuses on building real, lasting strength while improving movement and confidence. You simply show up — I handle the programming, coaching, and progression so you can focus on getting strong and feeling great.

virtual training sessions

Train with me live from the comfort of your home through one-on-one virtual sessions using Google Meet. These sessions provide the same personalized coaching, accountability, and customized programming as in-person training, while offering the flexibility to fit into busy schedules without the need to travel.

During each session, I coach you in real time, guiding your workouts, adjusting exercises as needed, and ensuring proper form so you continue to build strength safely and effectively. Virtual training is a great option for women who prefer to work out at home, travel frequently, or live outside the Purcellville area but still want personalized coaching and support.
