Whether your goal is to build strength, lose weight, feel healthier, move without pain, or regain confidence in your body, I’m here to help you. I work with women at all stages of life — those who are new to exercise, those training for athletic goals, and everyone in between.
As a mom of three boys, animal lover, and a “work hard, play hard” kind of person, I understand how challenging it can be to prioritize your own health while balancing work, family, and everything else life throws at you. My true passion is helping women take charge of their health through strength training — especially women navigating midlife changes like shifting hormones, changes in metabolism, recovery challenges, and the physical and mental transitions that can come with this stage of life. I also love supporting pregnant and postpartum moms as they build strength safely and confidently.
My training credentials and education work together to help you create lasting, sustainable change — not just short-term results. Every program is customized to the individual. No fad workouts, no quick fixes — we’re in this for the long game so you can feel strong and capable for years to come.
