Oh baby! Exercising while pregnant and postpartum is excellent for both Mom and Baby. Since doing so comes with its own set of special considerations (think abdominal wall, pelvic floor, breastfeeding, etc.) it's best to do so under the guidance of a professional.
As one of only two GGS Certified Pre- & Postnatal Coaches in Loudoun County Virginia, and mom to three, I'm passionate about helping women navigate this exciting and often nerve-racking time in their lives.
