Pregnancy & Postpartum Personal Training

Oh baby!  Exercising while pregnant and postpartum is excellent for both Mom and Baby.  Since doing so comes with its own set of special considerations (think abdominal wall, pelvic floor, breastfeeding, etc.) it's best to do so under the guidance of a professional.

As one of only two GGS Certified Pre- & Postnatal Coaches in Loudoun County Virginia, and mom to three, I'm passionate about helping women navigate this exciting and often nerve-racking time in their lives.

In-home Pregnancy & Postpartum Sessions

If you live in western Loudoun County, Virginia (Hamilton, Purcellville or Round Hill), and are interested in private, in-home training sessions, I'm here for you!  I bring the equipment to you, and all you need to provide is a small area where we can work out (and crush your goals together!).  Please don't worry about cleaning up first, I'm here to make your life easier, not more stressful.

In-The-Gym Pregnancy & Postpartum Sessions

If you prefer the gym environment to working out at home, I have you covered!  We can hold our sessions at the gym location in Purcellville, VA (located on Maple Avenue and convenient to... everything!).  With access to tons of great equipment, your workouts will always be safe and exciting!

Virtual PREGNANCY & POSTPARTUM SESSIONS

If you're not local to the Purcellville area but would still love to train, fear not!  I offer virtual one-on-one training sessions via Google Meet, so you can comfortably work out in your own home while still having a trainer present.
